From the perspective of the regulator and the market, should we prepare for April 1, 2027, as the final deadline for fiscalization, or are alternative scenarios possible?

What consequences for the entire market could the postponement of investment decisions by operators have, especially in the context of the availability of fiscal devices and the capacity of suppliers?

How realistic is it to replace fiscalization with transaction reporting from payment or telemetry systems, especially in cashless machines?

Can e-receipts in machines change the speed and convenience of transactions, and does today's technology allow this to be done in a way that is virtually invisible to the customer?

In this panel, experts will discuss the practical aspects of implementing fiscal systems in vending machines, including certification, integration with the Central Repository of Cash Registers, and operator responsibility. The discussion will allow participants to learn about the real technical and legal challenges and ways to minimize risk in e-fiscalization.

Key issues:

Do the fiscal solutions available today allow for the coverage of almost the entire machine park, or will some of the devices have to be replaced?

Should each machine have its own cash register, or is it possible to have a central solution that supports multiple machines? What are the consequences of choosing one of the models?

Virtual cash registers in payment terminals – integration with CRK and resistance to internet outages. What technical challenges arise and how can they be solved?

In the event of implementing a solution that does not comply with regulations, who is responsible: the technology manufacturer, the certification body, or the taxpayer? How can operators minimize the risk of sanctions?
